Most if not all used dealers including main dealers, offer some sort of underwritten insurance warranty plan for 3 to 12 months - this sounds attractive until you have a problem with your vehicle. That normally is when the hassle begins, the fault is passed on to the insurance underwriter whose sole job is not to payout when you or the garage submit a claim. All this does is breakdown the relationship between you and the garage that sold you the vehicle in the first instance.

So if you buy elsewhere then there is a good chance that you have really bought a vehicle with a very limited warranty plan. An underwritten insurance warranty plan may feel good when you pick up your new vehicle and sign the warranty booklet, but that is all it is - nice!

If you wish for Nene Overland to provide a longer warranty term than 3 months, then this may be possible by negotiation. Our vehicles are also sold with a comprehensive service and check, 12 months MOT where applicable, and presented to the customer in superb order both inside and out, and that can only be pleasing to the eye.
